We’re looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Order Processing Specialist who loves solving problems, staying organized, and connecting with customers and distributors.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Review order details for accuracy and enter them into our JDE ERP system.
- Update orders as needed and communicate changes.
- Answer questions on pricing, availability, and order status.
- Help resolve order issues, delays, and discrepancies.
- Support internal teams with order-related needs and help improve processes.

Education and Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma. General education or college courses equivalent to an Associate’s degree in Business Administration is desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service working directly with customers, salespeople, or distributors.
