Project Manager

As a Project Manager (Americas), you will collaborate closely with the businesses, and directly with the AI, Pricing, IT, and Business Intelligence technical stakeholders to drive rapid progress, support proof-of-concept development, and deliver initiatives that create meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will be accountable for leading and executing cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through delivery, with a strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and hands-on engagement. 

  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams by translating business needs into actionable, well-structured execution plans
  • Driving and coordinating rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) development and iterative solution design
  • Working directly with engineering and data teams to remove blockers, clarify requirements, and accelerate progress
  • Managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks while maintaining forward momentum
  • Ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives through consistent stakeholder engagement
  • Applying data-driven insights to support informed decision-making, including analyzing outputs from Python and SQL workflows
  • Utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to manage communication, documentation, and collaboration across teams
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities and supporting evolving organizational needs in a dynamic environment 

Minimum Qualifications  

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong executional rigor, technical fluency, and a proactive, self-starter mindset. 

  • 3+ years of experience managing technical or data-driven projects, including collaboration with engineering, analytics, or data science teams 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, set priorities, and deliver results aligned to organizational objectives
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders both locally and off-shore, as well as senior leaders of the Americas business
  • Ability to travel 10–30%, including internationally
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist) 
  • Experience with Python and SQL to support data-informed decisions
  • Background in AI and machine learning projects, or experience leveraging AI and ML enabled tools
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese Shape
