Zürcher Cantonal Bank Rüti (Switzerland)

The cantonal banks have traditionally played an important role in the Swiss domestic banking scene, with a 30% share of the market. They are owned by their respective Canton, which is also their primary market. All together, the 24 cantonal banks have around 19,000 employees. About a quarter of the Banks’ total assets of 562 billion Swiss francs was generated by Zurich’s Cantonal Bank.
