12 Creek Street, known as the Blue Tower, is a prime A-grade office complex located in Brisbane’s prestigious Golden Triangle. Spanning 32 levels and offering over 32,000 square meters of office space, this landmark building stands at the nexus of commerce, retail, and luxury. In a strategic move to elevate the building from A-grade to Premium status, Marquette Properties, having acquired the tower for $420 million in February 2022, embarked on a $12 million lobby renovation to enhance its allure in the post-pandemic office market.

The renovation focuses on transforming the lobby into a double-level, inviting space with a new café, aiming to attract new tenants and increase rental yields. Central to this transformation are the bespoke entries designed to complement the building’s elevated status:

East Entry: A custom-designed dual bi-parting RST 20 curved frameless glass sliding entry, manufactured by Record Automatic Doors, serves as the project’s centrepiece.
