Hurricane rated sliders undergo rigorous testing in order to withstand the severe weather conditions associated with hurricanes and tropical storms. They are primarily used in hurricane prone regions or areas that experience high wind loads. Record hurricane rated sliders are available in Level D Impact, Level E Impact or non-impact/windload rated configurations.
