Corporate Communications intern
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing the intranet site of ASSA ABLOY, updating changes
- Help with developing content production, including graphic design and video editing
- Translation support upon need (English/Chinese)
- Consolidating reports from different Business Units
- Assist in drafting English content, such as news, announcements, video script and storyboards.
- Provide support at the event, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.
- Assist with team administrative tasks.
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Skill:
- Excellent written and speaking skills in English
- Experience in graphic design for both static and motion graphics, knowledge of multimedia content creation is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Able to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to learn, exceed, and succeed
- Major in journalism, communication, marketing, graphic design or other relevant fields is preferred
Experience: relevant internship experience preferred
At least guarantee a 3-month internship
