Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, mechanical and smart locks, access control and service. The division has approximately 4,658 employees with operations across 9 countries and regions. GC&SEA markets are growing and have achieved sales about CNY 2.5 billion in 2024. China is the biggest market and an important production base in the region, while Southeast Asia is home to some of the world's fastest growing economies. Residential accounts for approximately 80% of our sales, while the commercial segment accounts for 20%. The key commercial verticals for our markets are Enterprise, Healthcare, Hospitality and Travel & Transportation. The local organization in China is divided by market segment and the Southeast Asia region is organized according to country structure. Our divisional headquarters is in Shanghai, China. |

This business analyst role focused on Greater China & Southeast Asia (GCSEA), you are a data driven person with strong analytical thinking, able to manage large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency and data-driven thinking. As a business analyst you drive logical conclusions and forecasts from implementing strategies that can improve business performance in the current dynamic environment.
