Production Specialist - Keying Dept (Temp)

**Temporary Position with potential for FT 1st shift (7:30 A - 4:00 P)**

Join our manufacturing team as a Keying Specialist. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate key-cutting equipment, assemble and pin lock cylinders, inspect finished products, and complete customer orders accurately and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Cut and duplicate keys using key-cutting equipment.
- Assemble, disassemble, rekey, and master-key locks.
- Pin cylinders and replace tumblers, springs, and other components.
- Complete orders according to customer specifications.
- Inspect, test, package, and label finished products.
- Maintain equipment and accurate key and lock records.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Follow all safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
Work Environment
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
- Required compliance with safety and personal protective equipment practices.
