Location: This is an onsite position based out of our New Haven, CT location.

The Door Security Solutions Finance and Accounting team is seeking a results-oriented finance and accounting professional. This is an outstanding opportunity to join our dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Prepare intercompany allocations and billings.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Design and build custom reports and dashboards in SAP Business Objects and Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Support compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes.
- Assist in the implementation of automation tools and promote best practices.
- Contribute to various special projects and ad hoc financial analyses and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, financial reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to interpret data to identify trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
