Master Data Maintenance - Support Intern
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Data Creation & Maintenance: Create, update, and manage master data records in ERP system (based on authorized requests).
- Data Quality Assurance: Proactively analyze data for errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates and correct them to maintain high data integrity.
- Governance & Compliance: Adhere to data governance policies, standard operating procedures, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Process Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Logistics) to validate data and ensure smooth workflows. (No Hindrance with Item Master)
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, user manuals, and audit trails.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Systems Proficiency: Basic experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies.
- Experience: Generally 2+ years of experience in data management, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Communication: Ability to work with various departments to gather information and enforce data standards.
- Bachelor's degree, with basic knowledge of ERP , Office tools (Especially Excel) or a related field.
