Account Representative

Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY company is growing and adding an Account Representative to our team located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position supporting our customers and sales team.

What would you do as our Account Representative?
You’ll interact with customers to provide product information, process orders, resolve issues, and deliver technical support. You’ll manage new and existing relationships, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

 

You would also:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Tell Manufacturing clients via phone, email, or in person
  • Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits
  • Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs
  • Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting of door hardware products
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary
  • Research special product orders and coordinate with procurement for sourcing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking
  • Prepare RMAs for returns and shipping discrepancies
  • Contribute to sales materials and customer communications
  • Special assignments as required
  • Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

 

The Skills and Experience You Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of sales/customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and reasoning abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
