Territory Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with sales team distributors in the territory to ensure the achievement of the sales targets (sell-out) & channel development targets (new opening outlets and active outlets).
  • Build and maintain good and constructive relationships with the sales team of distributors in the territory to achieve mutual development and progress on both sides.
  • Execute trade and product marketing campaigns through distributors.
  • Collect and submit in timely manner relevant market information like competitors updates, pricing and other significant and valuable insights gathered in actual discussions with channel partners.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on market visits, sales, stocks and promotional programs.

Key Requirements 

  • Proven track record of building, managing, and motivating sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail distribution and sales, preferably within the building material industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
