HR Operation Specialist (Part-time))

Location: Singapore 

Employment Type: Part-Time (2 days – 3 days per week, hybrid mode)

Reports To: HR Director APAC 

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Singapore operations. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of local employment regulations and hands-on experience in HR operations. The role will involve both strategic and administrative responsibilities, with flexibility in working hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications.

- Conduct initial remote interviews and candidate screening.

- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.

- Administer monthly CPF submissions, IRAS filings, and employment pass applications via MOM portals.

- Manage government claims (e.g., childcare, maternity, reservist leave) through relevant portals (Pro-Family, NS Portal, SkillsFuture).

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., GPS, payroll software).

- Reconcile payroll entries with general ledger postings.

- Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks and HR policies to align with ESG principles.

- Provide support for HR-related reporting and compliance documentation.

 

Requirements:

- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to SingPass access requirements).

- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SuccessFactor or similar HR platforms.

- Knowledge of payroll software and reconciliation processes.

- Exposure to M&A HR integration and commission payout workflows.
