Project Manager

We are currently seeking a hands-on and experienced Project Manager.
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of new equipment orders and associated service-related work. This includes coordination from sales through to service delivery, installations, invoicing, and post-project review. The role also supports quoting and service works (DA works) in collaboration with the Sales Team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule installations and commissioning of new equipment.
- Support Sales with technical input, quoting, and specifications.
- Manage projects from customer order to completion, including site inspections, measurements, and procurement.
- Complete and maintain all required project documentation.
- Coordinate activities with sub-contractors and service technicians.
- Prepare invoicing details and approve supplier/contractor invoices.
- Manage project WIP (Work in Progress), monthly reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide on-site resolution of project issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management role.
- Trade background or hands-on experience in installations (preferred).
- Experience in the service, construction, or building industry.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance and service processes.
- Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record
