Technical Support
工作职责
1. 售前
a) 售前方案工作；包含门到门产品单页的方案；典型配置的方案；门到门详细方案，含门表、配置及产品清单。建筑五金配置表的准备和编写，以及产品方案的编制与支持。
b) 机械五金及门禁设备售前的方案工作；技术文件的编制等
c) 和销售或经销商参加客户沟通现场会；对方案的制作及讲解
d) 配合Spec 团队的技术工作。
e) 开展对经销商的技术方案培训
2. 售中
a) 根据客户需求，销售订货订单的技术审核和特殊产品技术支持询价文件的制作；
b) 平时与经销商的技术沟通，包括电话、线下会议等
c) 负责所属地区产品的现场安装与维护指导工作；包括机械产品的现场交底，电气产品的现场接线及系统调试等
d) 开展对经销商的技术培训。
e) 制作产品的各种技术资料，包括但不限于安装视频、现场案例图片、文本及技术文件等。
3. 售后
a) 快速积极的支持客户技术工作及现场处理产品质量与售后问题。
b) 熟悉常见门禁设备（如读卡器、控制器、电锁等）的性能及故障排查方法。
c) 与供应商沟通技术问题，积极快速解决现场问题，并提供长期解决方案。
d) 对日常售后问题进行总结，形成可查询的技术文件。
4. 其他由公司主管指派的合理工作
任职条件
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、土木建筑或相关专业。
2. 3年以上防火门厂、五金或建材行业工作经验；熟悉门禁系统原理，掌握电气布线、网络配置、设备安装调试等技能者优先。
3. 了解美标、欧标门五金产品。
4. 熟练使用微软办公软件及AutoCAD
5. 具备客户服务意识、责任心和工作主动性，具备项目跟进能力并能主动反馈，具备良好的沟通能力和亲和力。具备较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队意识。
6. 能够出差并在压力下处理多任务。
