Follow the steps below to request an account to be created:
After the form has been submitted, it will be sent for approval before the account will be created. When your account is created you will receive an email with a username and a One Time Password that you need to change upon the first login.
Please note that the approval process might take a couple of days.
Since your account request needs to be reviewed and approved by someone at Record first, it might take up to 2-3 days before your account is created and your user credentials are sent to you via email.

Please note that you will get asked to provide a permanent password in case it is the first time you are logging in.
Follow the steps below if you have forgotten your password or want to change it:
After receiving the temporary password, you will need to provide a permanent password like you did the first time you logged in.
For desktop users:
After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing in the header navigation of the website. If you hover over that, there will be a menu appearing with all the sections of the Partner Area you have access to.
For mobile users:
After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing inside the hamburger menu of the website. If you click on your name, you will see all the sections of the Partner Area that you have access to.
