Director of Marketing

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for strengthening the organization’s market presence and brand through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This position leads initiatives that enhance brand visibility, expand market reach, and support overall business objectives. The Director oversees the marketing team, manages budgets, and ensures effective use of resources. By analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, this role provides strategic direction that drives innovation, customer engagement, and long-term organizational success.

 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement long-range marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Lead, train, and mentor the marketing teams, setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluation to ensure high performance
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities
  • Establish and manage the marketing budget ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide market insights that influence product positioning and messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support brand growth and visibility

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5-7 years in management positions
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
