Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Specialist to manage and oversee our warehouse operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock control activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklift
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, and Procurement teams
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to warehouse performance

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Proficiency in CRM/WMS applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments
  • Valid forklift operator license
  • Valid driver's license with active driving experience
